Shipping & Delivery
What is the delivery time?
When you order before 4:00 PM on working days, your order will be shipped the same day. In most cases, you will receive it the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders of €125 or more. For orders under €125, you will pay €3.95 in shipping costs.
Which delivery options can I choose from?
Your order will be shipped and delivered by PostNL. You can choose to have the package sent to your own address or to someone else's. In the latter case, select a different delivery address from the billing address under the delivery options.
How do I know when my package will be delivered?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a Track & Trace link. You can use this tracking link to easily follow your package's journey.
Can I still change the delivery address later?
Because we do everything we can to ship your package as quickly as possible, the packing and shipping process moves quickly. As a result, it is often no longer possible to change the address afterwards. You can always contact us by phone, and we can see what might still be possible.
To which countries can my order be shipped?
In addition to the Netherlands, it is also possible to place an order from Belgium or Luxembourg. The shipping costs for these countries are the same.
What happens to my package if I am not home at the time of delivery?
PostNL operates entirely digitally and no longer leaves paper missed delivery slips. If you do not have the PostNL app, unfortunately, you will not receive a notification when the courier has visited your door while you were not home. We will therefore send you a shipping confirmation at the moment your package is dispatched. This will include a track & trace link for the package so that you can follow the shipment yourself.
If the package cannot be delivered, it will be taken to a nearby PostNL pickup point or parcel locker. Via the track & trace link in the shipping confirmation, you can easily see where and when you can pick up the package.
If you have a PostNL account, you can also indicate delivery preferences here, such as ‘permission to leave it’ or ‘deliver to the neighbors’.
Please note: Your package will remain at the pickup location for 7 days after arrival. Please pick it up in time to prevent the package from being automatically returned to us.
