Our roots

The story behind Ledûb begins in 1949, when Sjef van Winkel founded Van Winkel Fashion in Budel. This Brabant family business gave rise to the ambition to make high-quality shirts. In 1963, that ambition got a name of its own: Ledûb.

The name Ledûb is a nod to Budel, our Brabant home base, but spelled backwards. A brand that has stood for high-quality shirts, made with care and craftsmanship, from the very beginning. And still does today.

In-house production, trusted craftsmanship

In 2003, production moves from Budel to North Macedonia. A new step for the family business, while preserving the knowledge, commitment, and craftsmanship that have made Ledûb successful. The shirts are made in our own production facility by employees who work every day to ensure the quality of Ledûb.

From the head office on the Gastelseweg in Budel, colleagues work closely with the team in North Macedonia. These short lines of communication and direct collaboration combine the family business's knowledge and experience with the daily practice of making shirts.

Today, Ledûb is a contemporary menswear brand where style, quality and comfort come together. From our head office in Budel and our showroom in IJsselstein, we create modern collections for today's man. From stylish shirts to comfortable polo shirts, T-shirts and overshirts: designed to be worn in style and mixed and matched with ease.
