Ledûb's own European production facility
At Ledûb, we believe that quality goes beyond a beautiful shirt. That is why we produce our shirts at our own production facility in North Macedonia. Here, more than 140 employees work daily on our collections with craftsmanship, care, and modern production methods.
Fair working conditions
We believe it is important that everyone who works on our shirts does so under good and safe conditions, with a market-competitive salary and respect for labor rights. Child labor is strictly prohibited, and we operate in accordance with the conditions set by the International Labour Organization (ILO).
Thanks to the close cooperation between our colleagues in the Netherlands and North Macedonia, we maintain direct lines of communication and work together on our products and the quality you expect from Ledûb.
Amfori-BSCI
To fulfill our responsibility, we follow the amfori BSCI guidelines, an international system focused on improving working conditions in production chains. During the latest audit, our factory achieved an A rating. A result we are proud of.
